Room is available from 9th August. Tenancy is on a periodical basis.

We are looking for a housemate who will see the flat as a home rather than just a room.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are very big and are fully furnished with the usual appliances. There is also lots of storage space for bikes and other belongings so the flat doesn’t feel cluttered.

The bedroom is a large double, which is big enough to allow you to make it your own. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, built in storage cupboard and a chest of drawers.

IDEAL HOUSEMATES: Non smoking, tidy, fun, respectful of others, easy going and wanting the flat to be a home.
CURRENT HOUSEMATES: 29 F and 40 M. Both very chilled out, who enjoy cooking, socialising, keeping fit but also hanging out watching trashy TV or a film, with the occasional takeaway.

BILLS:

WITHOUT GAS / ELECTRIC: £125pm each

INCLUDES: 1 gig fibre internet, council tax (E), water, TV licence, virgin TV (including movie channels etc. and you can have log ins for it in your room).
Gas and electric cost is variable depending on usage. Paid on 1st of the month.

PARKING: There is a driveway which is shared between the flats and there is also on street permit parking. On street parking is free before 9am and from 5pm on weekdays and all day weekends.
