A new small double bed with duvet and bedding. Towels can be provided on request. There is space to hang and store clothes.
The room has its own bathroom adjacent with a shower, basin and toilet. There is a spare room next door which may be used occasionally for guests.
Shared use of the kitchen including the fridge and cooking facilities although the host does not share the front living room facilities. There is a communal sitting room with TV//chrome cast. Access to a washing machine if required.
Use of the garden if you wish. All bills and access to broadband included in the price. No council tax.
My son and his 3.5 year old grand-daughter live in the property.
