Room in Garden Flat available in Cotham

We have a double room available in a lovely three bedroom garden flat in Cotham. It's an great little location - just off Stokes Croft, 15 min to St Michael's Hill and Gloucester Road.

The flat comes with a massive private garden perfect for summer, spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The room is small/medium sized and comes with a double bed and potentially other furnriture left by the previous housemate.

Current housemates are Bryony and Georgia late twenties/early thirties. We like pub trips and mooching around G road/clifton.
We are looking for a friendly, like-minded person who enjoys sharing fun times in a relaxed home but is also mindful of the space of others.

The room is open to professionals (no students, couples or pets unfortunately!) The rent is £500 plus bills which currently work out around £115 per month (inc. 100 Mb broadband).
