Top Floor Flat, Arley Hill, Bristol

Oh hey there...

I am renting a top floor two bed flat in Arley Hill and looking for someone to share it with after my housemate is leaving. Its a really lovely flat in a great location (see pics, though the arrangement is slightly different now..!) and very affordable for the area.

I'm a 34 year old professional working for a homelessness charity (I work from home most days but also often travel some times for work - mainly to London), so would be keen to live with someone in their late 20s - mid 30s with similar interests (I'm quite outdoorsy, like to surf or run/cycle/hike/generally be outside, but also like to read and love music). I'd really like to live with someone I get on well with who'll be up for sharing meals and hanging out in the evening sometimes.

The move in date would be anytime from 26th December but I recognise that given the Christmas break its more like from some time in early January - so just as soon as possible! It would be good to have a chat on the phone before hand to see if we get on and can arrange viewings any time from now.
