Double room to let in Cotham - Nov to Feb

Hi,

My name is Helen, I’m 27 years old and I rent one of the rooms in the flat being advertised.
My housemate is going to work in Finland from November until end of February, but she is coming back to the flat after it, that’s why is short term.

The flat is in a good area, near to city center, to Clifton and Gloucester Road, there’s lot of things to do around! We are all professionals in our building and around us, so this is not a party accommodation, we are surrounded by the best pubs and coffee shops, there are lots of places to meet our friends :)

I work in the hospital near our house 09-17pm. The flat is small and we will be sharing a small kitchen, small living room and one toilet so is super important to be aware of the noise and cleaning. You might find that the rent is low for a flat in this area but this is all because me and my flatmate take really good care of it and have a good relation with all the neighbours so the landlady is happy to have someone she trusts and keeps an affordable rent.

So PLEASE, just apply if you are used to clean after yourself and keeping things organised, also be aware of the noise as is a small flat.
