The flat is the ground floor flat (Flat 1) of Hambledon house which comprises 8 flats and as such we have access to a small patio area at the front. There is a carpark for the flat and we have a single space but we also have access to a parking permit for the road out front.
There is also a small third room that can be used as an office space to work from home if required.
