We have two lovely double rooms becoming available in our calm and friendly flat in the heart of Cotham — ideal for young professionals looking for a genuine home rather than just a place to stay.

The flat has previously been shared by like-minded people who enjoy a relaxed, easy-going environment. Think occasional shared meals, good conversation, and a balance of social time and personal space. We’re keen to maintain that atmosphere.

The rooms:
- Two double bedrooms available at £550 and £600 pcm
- Bills are £200 per person (covering all essentials)
- Suitable for two individuals or a settled couple (with flexibility to use the second room as a home office if preferred)
- Rent and bills paid to existing lead-tenant monthly, as agreed with private landlord

The flat:
- Bright communal living and dining area
- Lots of bedroom storage & double wardrobes with storage shelf and space above for suitcases etc.
- Plenty of food storage with a large fridge freezer + smaller fridge and freezer separately, in main kitchen
- Fully equipped shared kitchen
- Main bathroom and shower shared between two, plus bath access for the whole flat
- Private garden with BBQ — great in the summer
- On-street parking available via permit

Location:
- Quiet, well-kept building with a small number of flats
- Perfectly positioned between town and Clifton
- Excellent bus links nearby and one main bus hourly to town/temple meads at the end of the street
- 10 minute walk to Redland Station
- 15 minute walk to Clifton Station
- Easy access to shops, cafes, and green spaces

You’ll be living with:
A 27-year-old female professional working remotely as a consultant. She’s friendly, down-to-earth, and enjoys fitness, travel, and fashion — and values a relaxed, respectful home environment.

Who we’re looking for:
- Two young professionals (roughly 22–36) or a couple
- Full-time working, reliable, and considerate
- Looking for a longer-term home rather than a short-term let or party house
- Happy to contribute to a positive, easy-going household dynamic
- Happy to help with shared cleaning

Practical details:
- Move-in: early June (flexible for the right people)
- Deposit required
- Unfortunately no pets or smokers
- The rooms are unfurnished but we may be able to sort out beds & mattresses (new or like new) for you, tbd. There’s also a few pieces of furniture for sale from previous tenants.

Viewings:
We’ll be holding viewings on 16th/17th May and potentially 23rd/24th May, with a decision made shortly after.
