📍Cotham, Bristol
💰£625 per month and bills approx £150
📆 1st August
My lovely housemate is moving out after 3 years living together so I am looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely 2 bedroom flat based in Cotham.
A lovely flat in a great location with easy access to Clifton Triangle, The Village, and Whiteladies Road. It's bright, cosy, and well looked after, with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and shared living space and you'd have your own double bedroom. The landlord is lovely and very quick to sort anything else. due to the size of the room it’s not really suitable for anyone who WFH. Access to off street parking/parking permit.
A little about me I’m a 25 year old nurse who works shift work. I enjoy nights in but also love a trip to the pub and going out for coffee. I love baking and cooking in the flat as well as watching some good reality TV as a wind down! I’m generally quite chill and enjoy hanging out but also my own space.
Im looking for a young professional/non student, who's friendly, clean, and sociable who's happy to share a relaxed and respectful home environment. It would be lovely to find someone who enjoys a coffee, pub trip, or catch-up in the evenings, while also appreciating each other's own space and routines.
If you're interested feel free to drop me a message with a little bit about yourself! Happy to arrange a viewing or grab a coffee if you have any questions :)
