Hi, I’m Emma! I have a bright double room available in a lovely flat in Cotham, and I’m looking for someone fun, friendly, and like-minded to share it with.

The Flat

The room is unfurnished and has amazing views across the city. It also gets lots of sun throughout the day! The flat is in a great location, with Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road and the Harbourside all within easy walking distance.

The flat also includes:

* Shared living room and bathroom

* Fully equipped kitchen with a ✨dishwasher✨

* Small garden at the back

* Plenty of storage, including access to a loft space

* Permit parking available

It’s a really cosy, peaceful place to come home to – definitely not a party house! 💖

About Me

I’m 28 and work as a graphic designer, splitting my week between the office (2 days) and working from home (3 days). I’ve lived in Bristol for 9 years and love it here 💕

Outside of work, I love catching up with friends, going for walks, finding good coffee spots (there are loads nearby!), pub trips and trying new places for dinner. During the week I’m usually pretty chilled - cooking, watching some questionable TV (recommendations always welcome!) and enjoying a quiet evening at home.

Who I’m Looking For

I’d love to find someone who’s looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Ideally someone who is:

* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces

* Up for the occasional dinner, movie night or pub trip!

* Equally happy to respect each other’s space and downtime

* Looking for a calm, friendly home environment
