Double room + private office / dressing room in 2-bed flat, Cotham (just off Gloucester Road)

I'm renting the second bedroom of my ground-floor 2-bed flat in Cotham. The bedroom is on the smaller side but fits a double bed, and you'd also get sole use of a second room to set up as an office, dressing room, or chill space

The flat is lovely with a large open plan kitchen / living room, loads of natural light, good storage as well as a communal front and back garden and lots of on street parking.

A bit about me: I'm a third-year PhD student at the University of Bristol. I spend a lot of my time rock climbing and in the outdoors, as well as watching films (I love the watershed). Also really like trying out new pubs and restaurants in Bristol!

I'm after a clean, considerate flatmate who's up for the occasional shared film night, meal, or hangout. I am always up for making new friends — but also happy doing my own thing. The flat would suit a young professional or another PhD/postgrad student.
