We have 1 room to fill to be able to go ahead with the tenancy.
All rooms and the flat itself is very spacious, built in wardrobes too!!

✨Only need to pay for water, electricity and council tax which is cheap between 4 of us

Room available is 775pcm: does not have an en suite, however the main bathroom is directly next door and will be pretty much yours as the other rooms are en suites

The landlord is super super lovely and really accommodating, we came across the property through a friend who also rents from him, she can’t say a bad word about him!!

It’s in the prime location of Kingsdown, a really beautiful area within walking distance of city centre, very close to the hospital and amazing transport links

Alisha, 26, I work for HMRC doing tech support and data inputting, also do some bar work on the side, very social (enjoy a pub trip), love all sorts music, really enjoy cooking (expect a few collaborative dinners), I also appreciate a nice chill night in of course!! 🧡
