A bright and comfortable furnished double room is available in our lovely two-bedroom ground floor flat in Cotham. Just a 5 minute walk from Whiteladies Rd and 15 minute walk to Gloucester Rd! It’s the perfect location.

The room includes a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, TV, and a beautiful bay window with built-in seating and additional storage. There can be space for a desk if needed.

The flat has:
• Bathroom with shower over bath and vanity unit
• Spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area
• A warm, well-kept and relaxed home environment

I’m technically a live-in landlord, although I’m actually away from the flat most of the time! I spend the majority of my time at my partner’s house in Bath or away with work, so in reality you’d have the flat pretty much to yourselves. I would still keep the right to come back and use the flat occasionally, but I’d always give you plenty of notice and wouldn’t just turn up unexpectedly.

It’s a really relaxed setup and would suit a couple who enjoy having their own space and privacy, but also like the idea of a friendly, easy going household if I am around.

Rent is £1400 per month including bills.
