Double Room in 2 Bed Flat, Cotham

My current flatmate will soon be moving abroad so I'm looking for someone to take his place in the current 2 bed flat. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished with two sofas, coffee table, TV (electric piano too) etc..

A bit about me, I'm currently working as a software engineer in Bristol and WFH 2-3 days a week. I am fairly sporty - squash, padel, running, gym etc.. I also play guitar and piano and occasionally perform at open mics, and have recently set up my old PC to play games with friends. I'm quite social, though I do most of my socializing outside of the flat and use the flat to regain my social battery. So I'm much more subdued at home but I'm up for movie nights / board game nights etc..

Unfortunately not a party flat, but welcome to have friends to stay over.

Ideally looking for someone who is not fully remote, but am flexible with hybrid.
