I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bed top floor flat in Cotham. You’d be sharing with one lovely professional girl.

It’s a good location — right by Cotham Gardens, with loads of nice cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby. Gloucester Road and Whiteladies are both really close, and it’s only around a 20-minute walk into town.

The flat is in a really nice, quiet area but still super handy for getting into the city. The room is a good-sized double and the flat has a shared kitchen/living space and bathroom & shower.

The room can come furnished, minus the white drawers.

Move in date can be flexible but start-mid October is preferred.

Rent is £800pm excluding bills.
Bills + council tax usually comes to around £160ish each month.
