Heyy! I have called this gorgeous little flat home for the past three years but I am relocating to Glasgow from the 1st December and looking for someone to take my place in the tenancy.

You’ll be living with one other gal called Serena and I can attest to her being an absolute delight to live with! Serena is very chill and easy to get along with, respectful of others’ personal space but also likes to chat and get along with the other person sharing the space. Big lover of running, being outdoors, picnics in Cotham Gardens (when it’s sunny ofc) and an evening sweet treat.

The flat is on the top floor, which does mean a few flights of stairs, but a really beautiful view looking over Cotham. We are incredibly central, 5 mins down to The Arches on Gloucester Road but also walkable distance to Whiteladies, Park St and Cabot. Redland station is also a 7 min walk away!

The room is a great size and the rest of the flat has a homely, cosy feel. Plus, I’m leaving my coffee machine!

Landlords are very receptive and reachable and quick to fix things when they go wrong which is a plus.
