I have a room available for a female housemate in our lovely top floor Redland/Cotham flat. The room will be available from 1st December. It’s a two bedroom flat, so you’ll be moving in with just me.
I’m 27 and a lawyer. I like to have people over for dinner and drinks but also have a chilled evening in so I’m hoping for someone who is on a similar wavelength. The flat is genuinely lovely and so easy to settle into.
Rent is £750 a month plus bills (which are around £160). The flat is unfurnished but my current housemate would be willing to sell on some of her furniture if you’re looking! The rest of the house is kitted out, so you only need to worry about finding bits for your room.
