Cotham room available 3 bed girls house✨

We have a room available in our 3 bed flat, the location is Cotham/Redland, 10 minute walk to whiteladies and 5 minutes to Gloucester Road so really has the best of both worlds.

You’ll be moving in with two girls, Lauren Louise and Abi, 27 and 28, an analyst who works flexi home/in office, and Lauren is a solicitor! Ideally looking for another professional around similar age. I am sadly leaving to move on with my boyfriend and gutted to leave these lovely girls!

We love to socialise some evenings but equally love our own space; we often do dinners, pub trips, coffees, runs together etc and would like someone who would like to join in and become a friend not just a flat mate.

About the flat/ room:

✨ Nice open communal areas.
✨ Lots of little storage cupboards.
✨We love to keep the house tidy & love the space we have created.
✨We have a little private patio area where we love to host bbqs/drinks.
✨The room comes unfurnished.
✨The tenancy starts from the first week of December.
✨Currently rent is £760 + bills.
✨Bills come to around £170
✨Parking is permitted but we split equally between whoever drives.
