Hey I’m Suraya. Looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy in our lovely Arley Hill house asap! The house is a victorian maisonette, with 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room and a private garden. The house is full of big windows so there's lots of natural light and good ventilation. You'd be living with 5 2nd year students comprised of 2 girls (she/her) and 3 boys (he/him), all at UoB and studying maths, maths and philosophy, computer science and Russian and German respectively.
Our letting agent is PJ Reynolds who are very responsive and good with getting things replaced and repaired with no additional cost to us.
Transportation: 8 minute walk from both Redland and Montpelier train stations, as well as a 2 minute walk from multiple bus connections to the city centre as well as the 72 straight to UWE Frenchay campus. City centre is about a 25 minute walk away, and UoB is about a 20 minute walk.
