I have a room available for rent in a large house in Staple Hill - The room is £450 per calendar month all inclusive. This room comes furnished with a bed, bed side table, chest of drawers, clothes rack. I can take the furniture out of the room if you wish.

The house consists of:

A bathroom (with a shower, bath, toilet and sink)
Kitchen and dining area, with dishwasher

Fibre optic broadband 516mbps

A large east facing back garden

My house is within easy distance to the Bristol Bath cycle track, Bristol's town centre and a short walk from Downend and Fishponds. There are three bus routes nearby with very regular buses into town. The local amenities, including a Tecso, Sainsburys, Post Office, banks, pharmacies, and independent shops.

I am a working professional. I am looking for another person to occupy this room. I am looking for a professional or full time student who is tidy and easy to get on with. I don't mind smoking outside well away from house as long as you dispose of butts safely. I dont want habitual alcohol drinkers.

I will need to see a passport/proof of residency and I will take up a reference with your employer. The deposit will be £450 which will be deposited with the deposit guarantee scheme. There are no administration fees.
