You would be sharing with me, the live-in landlady, and two long-term lodgers. We also have a cat, so the room would suit someone who is comfortable living with pets.

The room includes a single bed with three storage drawers underneath, a fold down desk, and a small wardrobe. A pillow and single duvet can be provided if needed.

This is a relaxed, quiet home where you are welcome to use the garden, patio, decking, garden pod with electricity, small library, dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom, and downstairs toilet.

Off-street parking is available on the driveway if required.
