Double room available in a two-bedroom house. all bills included. Animals lovers only. The room is directly next to the bathroom and is fully furnished with a double bed, desk with drawers, hanging space, and storage including under-bed storage.

Great location for students and professionals — the university is nearby, with a bus stop a couple of minutes’ walk away providing easy access. There is also a bus stop directly outside the house with regular buses into the city centre.

The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a garden.

You’ll be sharing with me, my dog and my cat. The house is quiet and relaxed, and I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going.
