Large family home.

We are a mum (Christine) and daughter (Charlotte) duo and have been renting a room in our friendly home for nearly 10 years so are well used to sharing a kitchen lounge etc.
I have retired and Charlotte has recently set up her own online business.
The house has 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen diner and 2 lounges one has a TV but you will need a licence as we dont watch TV.
The garden is huge and is home to foxes, bats and badgers.
Your room is a large double on the back overlooking the garden so is very quiet. Its furnished with a double bed new loaf mattress, desk double wardrobe and TV bracket. You get mostly sole use of the family bathroom occasionally someone might use it but its rare. There is a driveway to park and you get a shed to use that you can lock. The room would not be suitable for homeworking.
I will ask for two references please and a deposit of £500. The room is available beginning of January. Preference would be a mature professional male but im happy to consider if you think this could be a place for you. It is a family home so we do get grandchild visiting occasionally but not to stay.
