I have a room available for rent in a large house in Staple Hill. Please note the walls of this room are now white. The room is £550 per calendar month all inclusive, we have a cleaner who comes in once a week and we all chip in £25 a month to pay for them. This room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, bed side table, clothes rack and chest of drawers. I can take the furniture out of the room if you wish.

The house consists of:
Four bedrooms
A bathroom (with a shower, toilet and sink)
Kitchen and dining room, with dishwasher
Lounge room
Fibre optic broadband (the virginmedia definition of it)

A large east facing back garden.

I run an online plant/nursery business from the property. Sometimes during show season, the ground floor area may look like a jungle fir a couple of days.
My house is within easy distance to the Bristol Bath cycle track, Bristol's town centre and a short walk from Downend and Fishponds. There are three bus routes nearby with very regular buses into town. The local amenities, including a Tecso, Sainsburys, Post Office, banks, pharmacies, and independent shops.

I am a working professional. I am looking for a person to occupy a spare room. I am looking for a professional who is tidy and easy to get on with. I dont mind smoking outside as long as you dispose of butts safely and the smell of smoke doesn't enter the house. I dont want 420 on the property.

I will undertake background checks, including sighting your passport/proof a residency and I will take up a reference with your employer or previous landlord. The deposit will be £530 which will be deposited with the deposit guarantee scheme. There are no administration fees.
