🌞 Sunny 🌞 room in Easton

Hello, this is the sunny spare room in my house in Easton. I live here with my cat Lumo, across three floors so there is more than enough space for someone else live here too.

There is a spacious kitchen diner downstairs and a bigger than average (for Easton) south facing garden that gets some lovely light in the summer evenings (as does the room).

I like to keep the place clean and tidy but occasionally I will have friends over and have a late night. This may or may not include drinking, smoking, dancing and fancy-dress wearing 🥳

I work for the BBC but work from home so I am around the house a lot. I enjoy cooking, and doing creative activities when I have time. I value my quiet time but also enjoy chatting about anything from psychology to politics to the latest Netflix (I should probably say iPlayer) hit.

I myself am vegetarian and only ask that you don't consume or store meat/fish in the house.

Monthly price is inclusive of all bills.
