My name is Rozzie and my existing lodger, Simon, and I look forward to welcoming a warm, environmentally conscious, respectful and independent spirit to share our home in the friendly neighbourhood of Greenbank (Easton/BS5)..

If you don't know the area already, think diverse, community-focused, unique shops and cafes, extensive greenspace, easy access to the Railway Path, Stapleton Road Station.. . . I have lived here for 13 years and am very connected to the place and people. Everyone says what a special place it is to live and most people, on discovering BS5, do not want to leave.

You will have the main bedroom, which is light and spacious with kingsize bed, good storage, comfy chair and desk. We will share the open plan kitchen/diner/living space, bathroom and secluded garden. There is on-road parking and a bike shed.

The rent is £825 pcm (including all bills and council tax).

Both Simon and I work out of the home for the majority of our working time, and for parity you will need to do the same. This includes post graduate students as well as professionals.

As I work in a wonderful all female team, I am keen on a different balance at home and would prefer you to be male.

If you have a dog, they would be very welcome. I’m not able to home a cat.
