Spacious double room in family home

Beautiful, spacious room in family home available from the start of January 2026 (could negotiate a week or so sooner).

Includes sole use of downstairs washroom; shared kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

The room is downstairs and at the front of the house, so feels quiet and private.

Ideally looking for a quietish, professional female who goes out to work; or a student combining work placement and study, but not wedded to this. Mostly looking for someone clean and tidy, kind and respectful.

Housemates are my sons and I. They’re at uni/college and we’re friendly but live fairly independent lives because we’re different ages. I work in comms and do massage and laughter yoga, and enjoy kitchen chats and socialising occasionally, but my preference is for a lodger who is passing through Bristol or not looking for somewhere long-term. My last lodger came for three months and stayed for eight in the end - if the fit is right, I’m flexible!

£650/£700 per month including bills, not including council tax - if you register, I’d like a contribution towards it. I need to check the band but it’s about £100 per month for the property.
