Double unfurnished room in spacious St Judes House

Hi! I'm Henry, a 31 year old software engineer, looking for someone who wants to join me in this great house in St Judes.

The room is medium-sized and can comfortably fit a double bed and desk/chair. It overlooks the garden and has a built-in cupboard. For those looking to remote work there is also plenty of space downstairs in the dining room to use as an office which you are free to use as much as you like.

The house is very generously sized for only two people with tall ceilings and large windows. It has a large living room, dining room/office, modern kitchen, massive bathroom, and "conservatory". Out back is a large open garden with patio/picnic bench, and vegetable patch. Perfect for hosting BBQs! I've never had trouble with neighbours, and our property manager is very friendly and helpful (private landlord).

It's an easy walk to the centre through Cabot Circus or Castle Park, Easton is next door, and Temple Meads station a 20 minute walk (Lawrence Hill closer). There's space in the hallway for bikes. Street parking is available with a permit, and there are always spaces on the road.

I'm very easy going, don't like house rules, but I am looking for a housemate who actively wants to live in a clean and tidy house.
