Renting out one room (your choice) of two, available October, short term lodger only. Fully furnished bills inc. Two reception rooms (one cinema room, one with woodburner) and open kitchen / dining space, large bathroom with shower over bath, great water pressure. Super cosy, warm, new double radiators installed throughout, double glazed and nest controlled central heating. Never cold in winter. Free on road parking on surrounding roads.

The back garden is a great place to chill: roses, two apple trees, a lilac tree and wisteria, with high walls and very secluded. The front garden sets the house well back from the road and the massive willow tree makes it a lovely place to come home.

The location is perfect between; St Werburgh's and Easton. Super easy for a commute into Bristol City Centre or to Temple Meads on foot, by bike or train as I'm opposite Stapleton rd station (Clifton / Redland 6 mins by train). The Bristol to Bath cycle path is really close and the M32 and the A431 to Bath, are easily accessed making the house ideal if you'd commute out of town too.

Nearby, St Marks Road accesses the best of local shops and restaurants: Public Market, Sweet Mart, Garden of Easton and Radical Roasters. Bloc is across the rd for bouldering or the Church is just up the rd if you climb ropes.

Me: very easy going, have lots of close friends in Bristol, I'm left in terms of my politics work all the opinions you'd expect 🇵🇸🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈, I'm only looking to live with people of the same mindset. I work for a design consultancy and my work is in sustainability and reducing inequality through policy.

The house is a retreat and very tranquil. I like to: cook, cycle, climb, forage for shrooms and love being by the sea in Cornwall or Wales when not in Bristol. My partner lives separately and visits occasionally, otherwise it's me and my cat Badger.

No smoking (unless you wanna outside) and no other pets I'm afraid, because Badger would not be a fan.

Say hello :)
