Double Room Available in Easton - Females only

Sadly my lovely housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to fill her double room from late May. Looking for females only.

The practical bits:

Rent: £705+ bills (around £150/month)

Deposit: 1 month’s rent

The agency’s vetting process is quite thorough – so ideally you’ll meet the standard income requirements, or be able to pay 6 months upfront.

The house:
A spacious, calm home on a quiet street in Easton with a real community feel. We have a beautiful garden (I've become a bit obsessed with gardening this year!) and I’d love to find someone who appreciates a cosy, peaceful space too.

A little about me:
I’m 38 and the proud parent of 55 house plants 🌱. I love food 😋, yoga 🙏, and experimenting with new recipes 🥗.
I’m eco-conscious ♻️, tidy 😇, and work as a teacher 👩‍🏫 and host creative workshops too.
Creativity 🎨 and the outdoors ⛺ are two of my favourite things — alongside a serious love of travel and adventure ✈️.
I'm naturally social and extroverted, but I also really value a good night's sleep 😴 and a calm home vibe.
Weekends are often about wholesome adventures — I still love a good party, though these nights are becoming less & definitely don't bring it home ✨
This probably wouldn't suit someone who works full time from home as I work in education and have lots of holidays. Though this is something we could chat about.

I also own a 3 month old kitten. While he is absolutely adorable, he comes with a level of kitten chaos. So ideally I'd like the person moving in to love cats as much as me 💜

My ideal housemate:

Female professional aged 30+

Tidy and respectful of shared spaces

Someone with a 9-5 schedule like me for house equilibrium 😴

Bonus points if you're also eco-conscious, spiritual, creative, and love a glass of wine 🍷!
