Double room in Redfield

Looking for a housemate for 2 bed house just off Church Road.

All the amenities you could need in walking distance, the lovely St George’s park just up the road, great links to city centre and a load of lovely pubs a stones throw away. There’s a parking space, and, as I only have a motorbike, that’d be all yours.

The house is open plan downstairs, lots of light, sunny west facing garden for the summer and cosy fireplace for the winter! I currently wfh/about the place so I have a desk downstairs, but I’m very happy to share the space if you also work hybrid/remote.
The room gets lots of evening sun, is at the back of the house so nice and quiet and has a big window overlooking the garden (though filling that with veg and wildflowers is still on my to do list for this spring!)
All bills are included, the house is furnished, but there’s space for the odd bit here and there. The room can come with double bed, shelving unit and bedside table. There’s still space for clothes storage on top of this.

Me: I love cooking, climbing, camping and pretty much anything that gets me actively out and about with friends. I like to keep clean and homely living spaces, would be very up for sharing time/meals/board games nights etc together but naturally respect space where needed.

Ultimately, I want to create a fun and functional home, so give me a shout and we’ll see if we gel.
