Double bed En Suite in 3 room house, St George BS5

We have a spacious double room with En suite bathroom and shower available from April 19th, the room will come unfurnished

The house is a 3 bed with a Garden, private parking space, is located 10 mins walk from the lovely St George park, 2 minutes from a bus stop with buses into the centre every 15 mins and also right next to a Tesco which is very handy

We're very relaxed housemates but we do like to keep it clean and respectful of eachothers space, The Housemates love a night at the pub or raving on the weekends as we're both massive music fans but we keep the house pretty chilled though
Housemate 1 works in a city centre hotel and housemate 2 works in Care
We have an agency we pay our rent to but the landlords a super easy guy and is always available to help
