Sharing with one person in Easton . short/long let

Spacious house with garden and on street parking. Also bike storage . House is off cycle path and close to St marks road ( for train)Room is available now for 8months but could well get extended. Needs to be rented out by 26th March due to sudden short notice from a change in plans so happy to do short let ( minimum one month) This place will suit someone who is a bit tired of busy house shares where you have to wait for shower/use kitchen etc as its sharing with one other person ( me ) I am a Visual Artist and also do dog boarding so from time to time there may be dogs here. All bills included( Council Tax , Broadband/ Water/Electricity/Gas/TV licence). Im not looking for WFH as I want this to be a home not someone's office . However if it's a short let I don't mind. I could write all the usual stuff on here that Im very tidy , do board games ( I dont'!) like a glass of wine ( I do! ) But easier if you are interested just message for more info. Many people write on here they are professional but don't actually say they have a job! So I would need that info! Just hit me up with any questions
