I'm a UoB medical student looking for a student lodger (preferably male) to share a house with me on St Marks Rd, Easton. My current housemates are moving out at the end of July, so the room is free from 1st August.

It will not be a crowded house, no random flatmates. I keep the place clean, calm, and study-friendly.

- Double bedroom
- Desk and chair available if needed
- Good natural light
- Lock on door for privacy

Shared spaces (with me only)
- Bathroom (we can agree morning/evening schedules)
- Living room
- Kitchen; gas stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, microwave. You get your own fridge/freezer shelf and cupboard space.
- Utility room; free washing machine & dryer
- Garden with washing line

Rent & bills
£760 per month (£169 per week) includes all electricity, gas, and fast WiFi.

<5 min walk to Stapleton Rd Station
~5 min walk to bus stops (good links to town, UoB, UWE)
15 min walk to PureGym (Eastgate)

About me (your host)
Male UoB med student. I'm out a lot, quiet when home, respectful of privacy, and not a party person. I'm happy to help you settle in but won't hover. Looking for a similarly tidy and considerate male student.

House rules
- Non-smoker or smoke outside only
- Occasional guests fine with notice – no regular overnight stays without agreement
- Quiet hours after 10pm
- Keep shared spaces reasonably clean

Ideal lodger
Male student (any discipline – undergrad or postgrad). Someone who wants a peaceful home base for studying and relaxing.
