lovely big sunny room in easton, between the greenbank cemetery and st marks road. the has two big windows and gets a lot of light throughout the day. the room
is unfurnished other than a big cupboard that fits perfectly in one alcove.

rent is £530/month plus bills which generally come to around £100 including council tax, wifi, and loo roll

you will be sharing with three lovely people who work in the charity sector, education, and massage therapy

we try hard to make our house feel like a home. lots of communal food and shared meals, lots of cups of tea, lots of lovely chats in the kitchen or the garden. we’re growing flowers and vegetables and like keeping the place feeling loved. the house is generally clean and tidy, and we treat most cleaning as a collective responsibility rather than something strictly rota’d.

i have loved living in this house, and will be very sad to see it go!
