Spacious double in Easton

Spacious double room with big windows and built in shelves and built in clothes rails. Unfurnished. It’s a 3 story house with a lovely homey wooden kitchen diner and sun trap garden.

The house is near St Marks Road; close to pubs, Stapleton Road station, the Bristol-Bath cycle path and some good shops and cafes.

Sharing with a couple who rent 2 rooms and another who works mainly abroad. We’re aged between 32-37. We all work at home 1 or 2 days of the week, and out for the rest. We are a friendly bunch!

We’re looking for someone ideally in their 30’s. It would be good to live with someone who is mindful when others are working and ideally you’d work outside the house or only 1 or 2 days at home. We all enjoy going out at weekends, being busy and chilling out at home. We hang out or have people over occasionally but generally the house is for down time. Looking for a housemate who would like this vibe.
