Double room available in a 3 bed house.

Hi! We’re Grace and Charlie, two friends living together in Easton, and we’re looking for a new housemate from August 1st. I work in hospitality and do creative work as well, and Charlie works for a brewery and is in a punk band. We’re looking for someone friendly and clean, preferably female late 20s/early 30s who is interested in contributing to the house to make it a home with us. We try and hang out when we can, even with busy schedules, and we love living together. We’re hoping that you are someone who wants to be friends with their housemates as well. No couples I’m afraid.
The room has a small office room next to it which is included in the rent, for you to use as you wish! Previous housemates have used as a workspace, a walk in wardrobe, a gaming room.:: the possibilities are endless!
We have a small garden which I am starting to develop and grow, so if you have a green thumb that’s a big plus from me!
