Modern furnished double room Redfield

Hi, I’m Andreas.

I'm a 33 year old young professional, local to Bristol. Looking for another housemate to join myself and 1 other housemate.
We are both pretty outgoing and easy to get along with and have a pretty good dynamic going and try to hang out often, but also but equally like having chilled ones and time to ourselves in our own spaces.

I bought my house couple years ago, and put a lot of my own time into a full renovation from head to toe. This is my home so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, very clean and tidy, who truly values the space.
I’ve done my fair share of messy shared houses etc, this is not the vibe here, so I’m looking for someone who will appreciate a nice fresh tidy house and will be happy to help maintain this by cleaning regularly.

I work in hospitality so my job takes me out of the house most weekdays and the odd weekend. My current housemate works in the office most days and off every other Friday which is a good balance. Someone with a similar type of non work-from-home schedule would be a good match.

The upstairs bedrooms are taken, but on offer is a downstairs bedroom which is a very good sized double, and comes furnished with the basics. A double bed and mattress, bedside tables and lamp, large wardrobe and a chair.

The living area is a good sized open-plan Kitchen-living space, kitchen has an induction hob and a dishwasher. There’s also a utility/cloak room at the back with a small toilet/sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s also a decent sized south facing garden too which is fully landscaped and is great on those rare sunny days we get. The bathroom is shared and upstairs, complete with walk-in shower and there an extra toilet downstairs in the utility room.

All bills, council tax and high-speed broadband are included in the price. Along with Netflix and Prime video subscription on the communal TV.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Church Road in Redfield. There is street parking with no permit needed, but it’s quite busy for spaces.
There are some really great independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafe’s etc nearby, as well as an Aldi, Tesco and Lidl.
St George Park is super close by and is a really great space to hang out. There are also super regular busses that run into the city centre and Lawrence Hill Train station which has great links to Temple Meads, Filton, Aztec west, Montpellier, Clifton etc. Walking to Cabot Circus also only takes 25/30 minutes.
