2 rooms available from 1st September

Hello ! We have 2 rooms are available in our house from 1st September, as myself and my housemate are moving out to live with our partners.

Both rooms come furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer.

Room 1 - slightly smaller, £590 + bills (usually £680 all in)
Room 2 - slightly bigger, £620 + bills (usually £710 all in)

The house is lovely, super homely with a big downstairs area, large dining table and separate shared living room as well for movies/tv. Lovely little garden, small but sunny in the day. Storage space for bikes, the street backs on to the Bristol & bath cycle path so very easy to get around.

It’s about 10 mins walk to either Stapleton Road or Lawrence Hill train stations, good bus links, close to st mark’s road/church road for shops and pubs.

You will be living with a lovely couple, Cheyenne (25) & Harry (26) she works in environmental charity (mostly from home) and he has his own building/landscaping business. They’re both very sociable and friendly but not super party heads, looking for people with a similar vibe:) open to living with another couple as well!
