Double Room in Easton

Lovely double room available to rent, starting from anytime between 13th September until beginning of October, earlier move in date preferred. The room will be fully furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, clothes rail and desk. (And if you don’t like the green walls we can repaint them !)

All bills and Wi-Fi and council tax included.

Current housemates are 29 and 33 and work in the charity sector and education sector. We are a queer friendly household. We live pretty communally (share a lot of food and meals) and are looking for someone who would like to do the same :). Home for us is a place to unwind so while we love having friends over for dinner and spending time together we are also respectful of everyone’s space and keeping the place clean and tidy is important to us. We all really love living here and looking for someone who would want to be friends as well as housemates!

House interests include music, going to gigs, art, we have a house tennis membership for St George’s park, cycling and food.

We have a lovely south facing garden which is a sun trap and lovely to spend time in during the warmer months! There is usually plenty of parking on the street and no permit needed. The location is great, 5 mins walk from Stapleton Road station and St Marks and on a quiet street.
