Double Room for rent in Easton

We are looking for a roommate in our home in Easton. We are friendly sociable couple with our little dog Baloo who is very friendly but sometimes doesn’t understand personal space.

We are hoping to find a young professional who we can get to know and become a part of our household. We’re easy going and like to get out in nature, catch up with friends over dinner or beers and love an annual festival or 2.

We try to keep our house clean and would be looking for someone who would treat our home with respect and clean up after themselves. We would consider someone who worked from home up to 2 days per week.

The room comes mostly furnished with built in wardrobes, desk and a bed. We have one main bathroom upstairs with a downstairs loo, a shared living room/kitchen and a sunny south facing garden. Bills would be included and we have a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces.

It is just off st marks Road in Easton and a short 5 min walk to Stapleton Road station, there are lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away also.
