Hey, We’ve got two double rooms available in a modern, nicely finished house in Easton, right in the middle of one of Bristol’s most popular and lively areas.

The house is modern, clean and comfortable, with a good amount of shared space — somewhere that actually feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

A bit about the area:

Easton is a great place to live if you like having things going on without being right in the middle of the city centre. St Marks Road and the surrounding streets have loads of independent cafés, restaurants and little shops, so you're never short of somewhere to grab a coffee or food.

You've got The Garden of Easton nearby, which is a lovely plant-filled café/bar and probably one of the nicest spots locally for a lazy brunch or coffee, Radical Roasters, No12 Easton and plenty of other independent spots are also close by. Also very well connected into the centre

There’s also plenty of green space around - Owen Square Park, Eastville Park and the Bristol & Bath Railway Path are all nearby, so it's easy to get out for a walk, run or cycle when you want a break from the city.

Getting around is easy too: Stapleton Road station is nearby, and you're only a short cycle/walk from the centre.
