I'm a kiwi live in land lord, with a big double loft conversion in a three-bed house on Clay Hill, backing straight onto the Bristol Bath cycle path. Really convenient to Easton, Fishponds, and St George - as well as the centre. Street parking is never a problem.

There's plenty of space for two of us to live without tripping over each other. There's a good-sized lounge and separate conservatory. Front and back garden, and a garage with room for bikes, boards, or whatever kit you've accumulated.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

£795 pcm, all bills included - council tax, gas, electric, water, and fast broadband.

I'm the owner and I'll be your only housemate, so although it's a three bed house, it's a two-person house rather than a busy share. I work from home in the third bedroom which I use as an office.

I'm outdoors and active as much as I can be, climbing, biking, or paragliding, and looking for someone sociable. I'm always up for a board game evening, and I go to a fair few gigs and festivals. I'm fairly laid back about how the house runs. Happy to share meals and things if you want, but equally no issue if not. I also tend to disappear away in my van a fair bit, so you'll get the place to yourself sometimes.

Looking for a professional, or someone similarly settled, who's up for socialising a bit. Plenty of pubs around the corner or hills to walk up.

Pets welcome. I had a dog for years and miss having one about, so if you come with a pet, that's a plus rather than something to negotiate.
