Sunny room in Easton Sharehouse

Hello!

Sadly our current housemate is moving back home to Spain so we have a room becoming available next month. (27th Oct)

We're a group of 5 living in Easton (right off stapleton road train station/St Mark's Road). We’ve all lived together in this building for about a year but some of us have known each other for longer and I moved in most recently.

We're a pretty social house from a mix of backgrounds and nationalities (Australia, Spain, NZ, Canada and England). We'd like to find someone who gels but will mostly get on with anyone :)

Female preferred just to keep the gender divide balanced. Preferably someone between the ages of 23-29 as that is the current range of the house! Please be reasonably clean and tidy, not a murderer, etc etc.

The room is on the top floor at the front of the house and gets really amazing sunlight during the day. Bills are split equally in the region of 80 quid a month. Current flatmate is happy to sell bed, frame, desk, chair for cheap if that would be of interest!
