Large bedroom in Victorian terrace - with a private garden (that's not overlooked) with bi-fold windows opening up from the living-room and kitchen area.

We have a separate dining room at the front of the house but but most of the living space is towards the back in of the property - so very peaceful!

I work in Finance and my current housemate is going travelling so looking for someone to take their place while they're away.

The house is a 5 min walk to St George's Park, Aldi and Lidl and many good pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Lawrence Hill train station is a 5 min walk away with trains every 20 mins to Temple Meads, Clifton and Bedminster. Walk into town is 30 minutes or a 10min bus or the same time for a leisurely cycle along the Bristol-Bath cycle path.

There's free on street parking and we have a bike shed out the back - which is secure as there is no rear access.

I'm looking to fill both room sometime in November - I can be slightly flexible.
