Long Term Rent available in a beautiful house🌻

Hi there,
An opportunity to move into a spacious double room in Redfield has come up. The rent is £900 including bills (water, council tax, gas, electric and broadband).
We have off road parking, lovely garden with veggies and flowers. (Great sun trap in the summer!) Large living room with dining area attached.

You will be living with me - 38, florist and Manager at a restaurant (not the landlord) I’m a busy bee and have an active social life. I will be doing florist work from home and use the downstairs office space so the place would probably suit someone that goes into an office or place of work but happy to make anything work for both of us.
I would love to share the space with someone that also has a full social life, likes to have the occasional pub outing/country walk together and just an all round good egg really. Because my life is so full, I do like coming home to a place of quiet, but please feel free to bring round friends/family etc.
