Bright double room

The current household consists of me and my friend Richard (Rig). I'm a physiotherapist and Rig works as a Portuguese and Spanish translator.
I also have a very lovely collie/spaniel cross called Skye, who is a big part of the household. She's extremely friendly, well behaved and very sociable. She can get a little excited when meeting people, but she's very well trained, so looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs.
The house is a peaceful place, relaxed and sociable, with plenty of shared living space. We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who enjoys a nice home environment and is respectful of everyone's space.
Ideally, the room woukd suit a professional who works outside the home for most of the week and is looking for a comfortable, friendly place to live rather than a party house.
Ultimately, we're hoping to find someone who will fit naturally into the household and enjoy making it their home too
