Double room available for rent in three bed house

Double room available for rent in three bed house in Easton, just off St Mark’s road. Move in date December 1st.

We have an unfurnished room available in our three bedroom house in Easton. The room is 3.8m x 2.8m. there is a large shared bathroom, separate dining and living rooms, a good sized kitchen, and a courtyard garden. Rent is £600 a month plus bills. Council tax band A.

The vibe of the house is very soft and calm and we’d like to find someone who will maintain that energy. We are queer friendly, DSS is accepted, we might consider pets however we are thinking of fostering cats so this should be kept in mind. We choose to keep the house completely sober (as in, no alcohol to be kept or consumed in the house) and this is very (!!!) important to us, so if this is something that you think you would struggle with then we are not the house for you. We are ideally looking for a student, as at the moment we don’t have to pay council tax and would like to keep it that way.

You’ll be sharing with two people:

Angharad (27, she/her) I own the house. I’m a PhD student in political philosophy, I work both from uni and from home. I love yoga, salsa dancing, organising things, mindful communication, making huge amounts of soup, and watching reality tv.

Wren (28, they/them) is a 2nd year fine art student, and freelancer. They work both from home and in uni, and travel semi often. They love sewing, making, spiritual practices, talking about feelings, and making insanely fancy packet ramens.
