Room in Easton

Short term cat sitter / (optionally) long term housemate wanted.

I am going away on the 21st of November, I am looking for someone to let me room and look after my cat.

I am back on 17th of January and one of my housemates is moving out just before.

I am looking for £100 per week all in for someone to let my room, then from 17th January, if you want to stay, you can take on my housemates room. That is £720 per month all in.

In summary -

Room to rent with cat from 21st November - £100 per week.

If you want to stay beyond 17th Jan, there is a room going in the house.

Lovely house in Easton, we are looking for a 3rd housemate!

Our 3rd housemate is moving to out next year. Me and Dan are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us.

I'm Eoin, live in landlord (sorry), I mostly wfh & enjoy running, climbing, cooking & drinking/going out.

Dan works works for the NHS. Dan used to work as a chef & also enjoys cooking, outdoorsy things & a good pint.

The house is super spacious, we have a spare room for guests, kitchen, living room, a basement for parties / hobbies & a fairly spacious garden out back. We also have a lovely cat called nettle!

Looking for someone keen on fairly communal vibes, we often do our own thing but share some meals, chat around the kitchen and make the occasional trip to the pub & a watch a hungover movie every now and then.
