We are renting out our beautiful home in Greenbank, Easton from the 11th December for 2 months!
Perfect for individuals, friends, couples or a family who are looking for a homely “between places” base over winter, or a home away from home in the wonderful vibrant city of Bristol!
We have put lots of love and care into our home, with newly sanded floors, big plants, homemade lamps and quirky pieces of art and furniture. We hope you will enjoy and respect the space and treat it like your own.
We have a nice garden should you brave a winter garden coffee. The attic room has beautiful views over the city where you can watch the sunset.
The place is great for winter with two log burners, a bath tub and an efficient eco heating system- you can cuddle up with a hot chocolate, a fire and watch a movie on our projector
The house is perfectly situated by the cycle path, within a 5 minute walk to greenbank cemetery, with lots of local cafes, pubs and shops on your doorstep!
The house has:
🛌 2 x large double bedrooms with king size beds (very comfortable mattresses in each).
🌈 1 x smaller room which you can use as a study or cozy / reading room or kids bedroom (if you have your own crib)
🛁 1 x bathroom with a bath and shower
👩🍳 a bright stylish kitchen and dining room
🛋️ a cozy living room with a projector for movie nights
🌿for the eco conscious, the house is zero carbon and the heating/ hot water is powered by a heat pump
