I am looking for a friendly and tidy lodger for a short term (ish) let in my 2.5 bed house that I have renovated over the last few years.

The room is light and airy with a double bed, under bed storage, wardrobe, bedside table, shortage shelves, chest of drawers and a small desk. Furniture can be moved and swapped if required.

The house is tucked away on a quiet street, right next to Purdown park. There is lots of green space around - you can walk to Eastville park in a few minutes and go all the way to Snuff Mills in 20 mins. There are regular busses into town which take 15 minutes from Eastgate (5 min walk) and also very close to the cycle path into town. Street parking available.

About me - I am a Marketing Manager for a Sustainability Consultancy, mostly working from home. I am a sociable person who likes to be active, loves the outdoors, enjoys cooking, seeing friends & family but also happy chilling and getting into the odd series.

I have a lovely, friendly little dog and I dog sit once or twice a week so hopefully you will love dogs!

It would be great to be pals with whoever moves in but equally would suit someone who is happy keeping themselves to themselves, sharing the odd dinner or drink. My home would suit someone who has their own hobbies and social life, and is friendly, kind, clean and tidy.
